Family Discussion Questions:

  • What is one thing you like about this story? Why?

  • What’s something this story teaches us about God?

  • How would you describe God’s Word?

  • What’s something this story teaches us about people? - What does it mean to repent?

  • Why might we feel sad because of our sin?

  • What might you need to turn away from to better obey Jesus?

  • What other questions do you (kids) have?

 

Family Activity:

  • Memorize 1 Peter 5:10 as a family. Consider creating motions to help with memorization. Try to quote it to each other at different times throughout the day.
