After much prayer, discussion, and seven years of three Sunday morning services in our former sanctuary, Coral Hill Baptist Church overwhelmingly approved a proposal to build a new worship facility and KidZone. The new building has enabled us to accommodate nearly 600 attenders and minister to over 100 preschool and elementary school children weekly.
Since 2019, God has granted grace in allowing us to reduce a debt of a little over three million dollars to currently 1.6 million dollars. If we continue to faithfully give week by week through our regular tithes and offerings, then we can expect to eliminate all the debt on the building in July of 2039. It is our prayer, however, that God in His kindness would allow us to satisfy the debt sooner so we can channel more resources to other ministry and mission needs.
We believe that God has shown us a pathway to this end and that it will aid in our growth as stewards of both the gospel and the resources entrusted to our charge. This pathway is Jubilee Sunday.

How can I grow in the area of Biblical Stewardship? At times we offer classes that help our members deepen in their understanding of handling finances from a biblical worldview. Additionally, you can find some recommended resources on this page. Three broad points to keep in mind: CELEBRATE: God has been faithful to meet every need of our church through the generosity of His people by their tithes and offerings. Recognize His faithfulness and give thanks for His daily provision. MOTIVATE: The practical reason for Jubilee Sunday is to eliminate our debt early so that we can begin redirecting resources from our monthly loan payments to other Great Commission causes. CULTIVATE: Encourage continued generosity through fostering a culture of stewardship as an expression of our faith in God who is always faithful to us!

Why is it called Jubilee Sunday? The Year of Jubilee was prescribed in Leviticus 25:8-17 with the intention of restoring land, releasing slaves, and removing all debt among the people of God. It was a reset of faith marking a fresh start or a new beginning. Jesus declared His arrival as the Year of Jubilee (Luke 4:18-19). The Year of Jubilee. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4cGhz1gkE3I

When will we know the total offering?Jubilee Sunday is not a Capital Fund Raising Campaign where pledges are made, giving is tracked, and totals are announced periodically. Jubilee Sunday is a faith-based effort to encourage every person to respond to the leading of the Lord. Monetary totals will be announced after March 1, 2026, but the blessing and benefits will last for years to come!

Where do we begin? Each person will be encouraged to spend time seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word to determine how God would have them to participate in this effort. What is the goal of Jubilee Sunday? While we are asking God to help us eliminate our church building debt sooner than expected, our primary goal is to see God glorified in the faithfulness of His people. The success of Jubilee Sunday will not be measured by how much money was given, but how much of ourselves did we give to Him (Rom 12:1-2).
