We are more than happy to consider facility, van, trailer use applications for both personal and ministry-related events. We want to keep our process simple and straightforward. Below you will find the 2 steps you will need to take in order to make application for reserving of the facilities, van or trailer at Coral Hill.
BEFORE APPLYING: Please read our facility use policy (which includes a cleaning checklist) or our van use policy. You will have to agree to these terms before the application can be approved. If you are wanting to reserve the facility for a wedding, you will need to read our wedding policy as well.

Non-Member of Coral Hill
- Wedding: $350
- Ministry: $0
- Other: $150
Other Possible Fees Regardless of Membership
- Audio, Lighting, Media: $100
- Facility Cleaning Fee: $100

guidelines in the Facility Use Policy
and Agreement are followed.

- Use Fee: $50

Non-Member of Coral Hill
- Use Fee: $50

- Van/Trailer must be returned with at least the same amount of gas when first borrowed.
* Fee is refunded after the van/trailer is returned provided all guidelines in the Van Use Policy and Agreement are followed.

Once your application has been submitted and reviewed, our Pastor of Administration will contact you. If the application is confirmed, you will be asked to continue to step 2.
